Refund policy

Every piece is made or selected by hand, so please read this before ordering.

Ready-to-ship pieces

Exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached. Raise a request by emailing irishacouture@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph.

Made-to-order and customised pieces

Cut to your measurements, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the piece arrives damaged or differs materially from what was ordered.

Damaged or incorrect items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We arrange collection at our cost and send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of us receiving the piece. Shipping charges are not refundable except where the fault is ours.

Sale items

Pieces bought at a reduced price are final sale.
