Charges are separate from the price

Shipping is charged separately and is not included in the price shown. Once your order is placed we work out the actual courier cost for your address and the weight of the parcel, and send it to you on WhatsApp along with the payment request. If you would rather arrange your own courier, or send a Rapido or Porter rider for a local Hyderabad pickup, that is completely fine — tell us and we will have the parcel ready.

The price on the product page is for the garment. Nothing is added at checkout for delivery, because at that point we do not yet know what it will cost.

Dispatch

Ready-to-ship pieces leave the atelier within 2 working days of payment. Made-to-order pieces carry a lead time shown on the product page.

Delivery

Metros are usually 2–4 working days after dispatch and the rest of India 4–8, though this is the courier's timeline rather than a guarantee we can make on their behalf. We send the tracking details on WhatsApp when the parcel leaves us.

Local pickup and your own courier

If you are in Hyderabad you are welcome to collect, or to send a Rapido or Porter rider. Tell us and we will have the parcel packed and ready. If you would rather book your own courier for a longer distance, that is also fine — we will share the parcel weight and dimensions so you can get a quote.

Address accuracy

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the courier, and re-delivery of a parcel returned due to an incorrect address is chargeable.

International

We do not ship outside India at present.
