How payment and shipping work. Place the order and we send you a UPI QR on WhatsApp — GPay, PhonePe or bank transfer. Send the screenshot and we confirm within the hour.
Shipping is quoted separately. We work out the actual courier cost for your address and the parcel weight and send it with the payment request. In Hyderabad you are welcome to collect or send a Rapido rider, and you are free to book your own courier anywhere else.
A GST invoice goes out with the parcel.
Size & fit
Measurements on the size guide are body measurements in inches, not garment measurements. Between sizes, take the larger — a piece can be taken in far more easily than let out. Made-to-order pieces are cut to your own measurements; send them after ordering and we confirm before cutting.
Care
Shipping & returns
Ready-to-ship pieces can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days, unworn and with tags on. Made-to-order pieces are cut to you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ materially from what was ordered.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we collect at our cost.
About handwork
Slight variation in colour, in the placement of a motif, in the fall of a pleat is inherent to handwork and is not a defect. Screen colours also vary between devices — if an exact shade matters, message us before ordering and we will send a photograph in daylight.
